About Me

Hi, I’m Beverly.

I’ve always been fascinated by the connections that most people overlook. The moments of synchronicity that make you pause, the symbolism hidden in dreams, the patterns woven throughout nature, and the remarkable ways our minds and bodies work together.

What began as personal curiosity grew into years of exploring psychology, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, spirituality, philosophy, personal development, and the science of human potential. Along the way, I discovered that some of the most meaningful insights don’t come from choosing between science and spirituality. They often emerge where the two intersect.

Sweet Synchronicity is my place to explore that intersection.

When I’m not creating, you’ll usually find me reading, learning, building something new, or experimenting in the kitchen by recreating favorite treats with wholesome ingredients instead of refined sugar and unnecessary preservatives. I love following my curiosity wherever it leads because some of life’s best discoveries begin with a simple question: I wonder…

Here you’ll find journals, creative projects, educational resources, and tools designed to encourage deeper reflection and more intentional living. Whether it’s understanding your dreams, building healthier habits, exploring timeless wisdom, or simply becoming more aware of the patterns shaping your life, my goal is to create resources that help turn insight into action.

I’m also a lifelong creator. Beyond writing and designing journals, I’m developing apps that combine thoughtful technology with personal growth. I love creating tools that are not only beautiful but genuinely useful. Things that help people stay curious, organized, mindful, and connected to themselves.

You’ll also find recommendations for books, products, and resources that have been genuinely valuable in my own life. Some of these are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through them. I only recommend items I personally use, trust, or would confidently suggest to someone I care about.

Whether you arrived here through curiosity, a meaningful coincidence, or a simple internet search, I’m glad you’re here.

I hope you leave with a new perspective, a helpful tool, or one small insight that changes the way you see yourself and the world around you.

Thank you for being here, and may your path be filled with curiosity, intention, and plenty of sweet synchronicities.
