Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what limited information Sweet Synchronicity (“this site,” “I,” or “me”) collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Sweet Synchronicity is operated by Beverly J Otis, LLC.

Information I collect

This is a simple static website, and I collect only the information you choose to give me. If you submit the newsletter or Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal app waitlist form, or the contact form, I receive whatever you enter. That’s typically your email address, and any message you include. I don’t require you to create an account, and I don’t ask for information the site doesn’t need.

These forms are handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site. Submissions are stored in my Netlify account so I can read and respond to them. You can review Netlify’s own privacy practices on their website.

How I use your information

I use the details you submit only for the purpose you submitted them. That means replying to your message, or notifying you when the Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal app becomes available. I don’t use your information for unrelated marketing, and I’ll never send you email you didn’t ask for.

Selling your data

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. I don’t build advertising profiles or follow you around the web. If I add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, I’ll update this page to describe what’s collected and why.

Sweet Synchronicity participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click an Amazon link on this site, Amazon may place cookies in your browser to track whether a purchase results from that referral, which is how any small commission is credited to me at no additional cost to you. Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including Amazon. Once you leave Sweet Synchronicity, I’m not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and I encourage you to review their policies.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. When I do, I’ll revise the “last updated” date below.
